Liam had an Easter egg hunt at school today. He loved the bouncy balls the best

When Liam’s cast first came off, he was still a bit cautious about moving and bending his elbow so we were still restricted to short sleeve shirts for a bit over the weekend. On Sunday, we were finally able to convince him to try his Iron Man pjs and much to his surprise, he was able to do it.

I’m so happy to be closing the chapter on this part of our life recently. The last 6 weeks have been extremely challenging between Liam being sick with pneumonia and then breaking his arm a week later. Today Liam finally got his cast removed. His arm is still a little stiff, but he’s already using it more than I thought he would.

Enjoying a book this afternoon

Liam doesn’t really understand all of the nuances or strategies of chess, but he sure loves playing anyway.
